Literary Agent Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

1. Definition of Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean any unpublished manuscripts, proposals, synopses, outlines, or related materials provided by the Author to the Agent for consideration and representation.

2. Obligations

1. The Agent agrees not to disclose, copy, or use any Confidential Information except as required to evaluate and represent the work under normal business practices.
2. Confidential Information shall not be shared with third parties without the written consent of the Author.
3. This Agreement does not impose any obligation with respect to information that is already publicly known or becomes known through no fault of the Agent.

This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of years from the date above.
