Podcast Guest Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

1. Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" refers to any and all information shared during the podcast recording or preparation, which is not generally known to the public, including but not limited to personal stories, business information, trade secrets, and any proprietary or sensitive material disclosed by either party.

2. Obligations

Both the Host and Guest agree not to disclose, publish, or communicate any Confidential Information obtained during the course of their interaction relating to the podcast, except with the written consent of the other party or as may be required by law.

3. Exceptions

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known by the receiving party, or lawfully disclosed by a third party not bound by confidentiality.

4. Term

This Agreement remains in effect for a period of years from the date signed below.

5. General Provisions

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
• No amendments or modifications are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of .
