The Client may disclose confidential or proprietary information to the Photographer in connection with photography services. "Confidential Information" means any non-public data, materials, images, and information disclosed or provided, whether written, oral, or otherwise, including but not limited to session details, photos, and personal information.
The Photographer agrees not to disclose, copy, or use any Confidential Information except as necessary to perform agreed photography services.
This Agreement does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available, was in the Photographer’s possession without obligation of confidentiality, or is required by law to be disclosed.
This NDA will remain in effect for a period of years from the Agreement date, or until such time as all Confidential Information becomes public other than by breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
