For the purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" refers to any data or information, oral or written, disclosed by the Company to the Employee that is not generally known to the public.
The Employee agrees not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in connection with their employment with the Company.
The obligations described in this Agreement do not apply to information that is already publicly available or becomes so through no fault of the Employee, or that is required to be disclosed by law.
