This agreement serves as the formal notice that the above-referenced wedding services agreement is hereby cancelled effective as of the date listed above.

The parties acknowledge and agree to the following regarding the cancellation:
Any and all obligations under the original agreement shall be terminated as of the effective date of cancellation.
Any applicable refund, cancellation fee, or retention of deposit shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the original agreement.
Both parties hereby release one another from any further liability or claim arising from the original agreement, except as specified above.
