1. Content Submission

The Contributor agrees to submit original written content (“Content”) for publication on the Blog as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

2. Originality and Ownership

1. The Content must be original, not previously published elsewhere, and must not infringe upon any copyright or rights of third parties.
2. Contributor retains copyright ownership of their Content.

3. License

The Contributor grants the Blog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and distribute the submitted Content on its website and social channels.

4. Editorial Rights

The Blog reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline to publish any submitted Content at its sole discretion.

5. Attribution

The Blog will provide attribution to the Contributor, including a byline and, if requested, a short bio.

6. Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Contributor will not receive monetary compensation for submitted Content.

7. Representations and Warranties

1. Contributor represents that the Content is original and does not violate any laws or intellectual property rights.
2. Contributor agrees to indemnify the Blog against any claims arising from the submitted Content.

8. Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect unless terminated by either party with written notice.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter.
