By signing below, you (“Guest”) grant to the Podcast (“Producer”) the right to record, distribute, and broadcast your interview. You hereby consent to the use of your name, voice, appearance, and likeness in connection with the podcast episode, in all formats and media now known or hereafter devised.
You understand no compensation, other than possible promotion of you/your work, will be provided for your participation. You confirm you own the rights to any content you share and your participation does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You agree that the Producer has full editing rights and may use the content for publicity, marketing, or other lawful purposes. You release the Producer from any claims arising out of use of the recording as described above.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms above and authorize the use of your interview as described.
