This Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of , by and between ("Employee") and , a boutique fashion design business ("Company").
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company, including confidential information, designs, client relationships, and goodwill.
The Employee agrees that during the term of employment and for a period of months after termination of employment, the Employee will not, within miles of the Company's principal place of business, engage in, work for, or start a business substantially similar to or in competition with the Company.
The Employee acknowledges that during employment, they will have access to confidential information, including but not limited to client lists, design concepts, business strategies, and sourcing information. The Employee agrees not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the Company's business.
For a period of months following the termination of employment, the Employee will not solicit or attempt to solicit the Company's clients or employees for any competitive purpose.
If any portion of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. The parties agree that a court may modify any unenforceable provision to make it enforceable.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to this subject matter.
