1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to prevent the Tutor from engaging in certain competitive activities following the termination of this agreement with the Student/Client.

2. Non-Compete Covenant

The Tutor agrees that during the term of their engagement and for a period of
after termination, they will not, directly or indirectly:

• Provide private tutoring services to clients or students introduced through the Student/Client, unless written consent is given.
• Solicit or attempt to solicit business from current or former students of the Student/Client.
• Engage in any business that competes with the Student/Client within a
  mile radius of the Student/Client's primary location.

3. Confidentiality

The Tutor acknowledges that all information regarding the Student/Client’s business, students, and practices is confidential and agrees not to disclose such information to any third party.

4. Enforcement

The Student/Client is entitled to seek injunctive and other equitable relief in the event of any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
