This Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between
("Company") and
("Driver").
The purpose of this Agreement is to prevent the Driver from engaging in certain competitive activities during and after the term of their engagement as a food delivery driver for the Company.
The Driver agrees that during the term of their engagement and for a period of
following the termination of their engagement, the Driver shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in, own, manage, operate, join, or be employed by any business or entity that is in competition with the Company's food delivery services within
(the "Restricted Area").
The Driver agrees not to disclose or use any confidential or proprietary information of the Company obtained during the course of their engagement except as required in the performance of their duties.
The Driver acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm to the Company and that the Company shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and any other remedies available by law.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
