Tech Startup Intern Non-Compete Agreement

This Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of by and between ("Intern") and ("Company").

1. Purpose

This Agreement is intended to prevent the unauthorized disclosure and use of confidential information and to restrict competitive activities during and after the period of internship with the Company.

2. Non-Compete Covenant

During the internship and for a period of months following its termination, Intern shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business or employment that is in competition with the Company within (geographic scope).

3. Confidentiality

Intern agrees not to disclose, use, or allow access to any confidential or proprietary information obtained during the internship except as authorized by the Company.

4. Exceptions

The restrictions above do not apply to:

• Information that becomes generally available to the public other than through a breach of this Agreement.
• Participation in any business with express written consent from the Company.
• Any other exceptions as provided by applicable law.

5. Return of Property

Intern agrees to return all Company property and confidential information upon the end of the internship.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of .

7. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between the Intern and the Company and supersedes any prior agreements.
