Real Estate Agent Independent Contractor Non-Compete Agreement

This Independent Contractor Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Engagement

Broker hereby engages Agent as an independent contractor real estate agent, and Agent accepts such engagement subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Non-Compete Covenant

Agent agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of months after termination of this Agreement for any reason, Agent will not, directly or indirectly, engage in, be employed by, or have any ownership or financial interest in any business that competes with the Broker within a radius of miles from the Broker's main office.

3. Non-Solicitation

Agent agrees not to solicit or attempt to solicit any clients, customers, or other agents of Broker for the purpose of diverting their business or employment to any competitor for the duration mentioned above.

4. Confidentiality

Agent acknowledges that during the term of engagement, Agent will have access to confidential information and trade secrets belonging to Broker and agrees not to disclose or misuse any such information both during and after the term of this Agreement.

5. Independent Contractor Status

It is understood and agreed that Agent is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or joint venturer of Broker.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of .

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.

8. Amendments

This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by both Parties.
