Fitness Trainer Exclusive Employment Non-Compete Agreement

This Exclusive Employment Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on by and between:

• Trainer:

(Each a "Party"; together "Parties")

1. Employment

Trainer agrees to be employed exclusively by Company as a fitness trainer upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Non-Compete

During the term of employment and for a period of months following termination of employment, Trainer shall not, directly or indirectly:

• Provide or offer fitness training services to any competing business within a mile radius of Company's principal place of business
• Solicit the Company's clients, customers, or employees for fitness-related business outside of Company

3. Confidentiality

Trainer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and client information acquired during employment with Company, both during and after employment.

4. Remedies

Trainer acknowledges that breach of this Agreement may result in irreparable harm to Company and agrees that Company may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in the event of such breach.

5. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the full and complete understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of .
