The Employee agrees that during the term of their employment with the Employer and for a period of months/years after the termination of employment, for any reason, the Employee will not, directly or indirectly, engage in, own, manage, operate, join, control, or participate in a business similar to or competitive with the Employer within a radius of miles from the Employer's location.
The Employee further agrees not to solicit, divert, or take away any patients, clients, or employees of the Employer for their own benefit or for the benefit of another business competing with the Employer for the same period described above.
