The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms under which the Employee agrees not to compete with the Company during and after their period of engagement as a remote software developer.
The Employee agrees that, during the term of their employment with the Company and for a period of ______ months following the termination of employment, for any reason, they will not directly or indirectly engage in any business or accept employment with any business that is in competition with the Company within ______ (geographical scope or "remote/online competition") relating to the following business activities:
The Employee agrees to keep all proprietary and confidential information of the Company strictly confidential, both during and after the term of employment.
