Collectively referred to as the "Parties".

This Agreement is intended to prevent the Freelance Graphic Designer from engaging in any activities that compete with the business of the Client during and after the term of services provided.

The Freelance Graphic Designer agrees not to provide similar graphic design services to any direct competitors of the Client, or otherwise engage in business that competes with the Client’s business, within the following geographic area: and for the period of months/years after the conclusion of engagement with the Client.

The Freelance Graphic Designer shall not disclose, use, or permit the use of any confidential information acquired before, during, or after the service period, except as required by the Client.

Both Parties recognize that this Agreement is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Client and does not unduly restrict the Freelance Graphic Designer from finding future work in the field.

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and remain in effect for the period specified unless earlier terminated in writing by either party.
