Virtual Summit Co-Organizer Agreement

This Co-Organizer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of ("Effective Date") by and between:

1. Roles and Responsibilities

Each Party agrees to actively participate in planning, organizing, and executing the Summit. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

2. Financial Arrangements

3. Intellectual Property

All non-public information shared between the Parties related to the Summit shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and remains valid until completion of the Summit, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement or for breach.

6. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties.
