I understand that by signing this waiver, I agree to release and hold harmless [Dog Walking Service], its owners, agents, employees, or independent contractors from any and all claims, damages, liability, or lawsuits arising from services provided, including but not limited to injury or loss involving myself, my dog(s), or any third party.
I understand that reasonable precautions will be taken for the safety of my dog(s), but accidents and unforeseen circumstances may occur. I certify that my dog(s) are current on all vaccinations, are not aggressive, and have no known behavioral issues that could pose a danger.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and agree to abide by its content.
