Mobile App IP Assignment Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

The Assignor hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in and to the above app, including all intellectual property rights, to the Assignee.

The Assignor represents and warrants that they are the sole owner of the app and have full right to assign such rights.
