• The Work is original and has not been previously published.
• The Author(s) are the sole owners of the Work and have full power to enter into this agreement.
• The Work does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

3. Retained Rights

The Author(s) retain the right to use the Work in teaching, future works, lectures, and presentations, provided acknowledgment of original publication is provided.

4. Miscellaneous

• This agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties.
• No modifications shall be made unless in writing and signed by both parties.
