1. This agreement is for temporary, seasonal employment and will automatically terminate on the End Date specified above.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement prior to the End Date with written notice.

3. Employee agrees to adhere to all company policies and procedures while employed.

4. Compensation will be paid as specified above in accordance with company payroll policies.
