1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth disclosure requirements and promotional guidelines regarding promotional content created and published by the Blogger on behalf of the Company/Brand.

2. Disclosure Requirements

• Blogger agrees to clearly disclose any material connection with the Company/Brand, including but not limited to payments, complimentary products, or sponsored content.
• Disclosures must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
• Disclosures shall be prominent and in close proximity to any promotional content.

• Blogger will create original content for promotional posts.
• Blogger will not make any false or misleading claims about the Company/Brand’s products or services.
• The Company/Brand may review and request reasonable edits to promotional content prior to publication.
