Together referred to as "the Parties".

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Parties contemplate legal marriage under the laws of the State of , and desire to establish their respective rights and responsibilities regarding each other's income and property and the income and property that may be acquired, either separately or together, during the marriage;

WHEREAS, the Parties also desire to address the treatment of any future inheritance received by either Party before or during the marriage.

1. Separate Property

All property owned by either Party at the time of execution of this Agreement, as well as any property acquired individually by either Party by gift, bequest, devise, descent, or inheritance, either before or during the marriage, shall remain the separate property of that Party.

2. Future Inheritance Clause

Any inheritance, including real, personal, tangible, and intangible property received by either Party at any time before or during the marriage, including any proceeds, income, rents, or appreciation derived therefrom, shall be deemed and shall remain that Party's separate property.

The Parties agree that such separate property will not be considered marital property and will not be subject to division, claim, or distribution upon divorce, legal separation, or death of either Party.

3. Joint Property

Any property acquired jointly by the Parties during the marriage, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, will be considered joint or marital property and may be divided accordingly.

4. Full Disclosure

Each Party acknowledges that they have made a full and complete disclosure of their assets, liabilities, and financial circumstances to the other Party prior to entering this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of .

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by this Agreement.
