This Arbitration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Freelancer and the Client (collectively, the "Parties") for the purpose of resolving any disputes arising out of or in connection with their freelance engagement. By signing below, both Parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily consent to the terms of this Agreement, including the obligation to resolve disputes exclusively through arbitration.
The Parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the contract shall be settled by final and binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
