The Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to the Assignee all rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the above-mentioned illustration(s) (the “Work”).
The Assignor warrants that they are the sole creator and owner of the Work and that the Work does not infringe any rights of any other party.
This assignment is effective as of the date written above and applies worldwide and for the duration of copyright.
The parties have executed this assignment as of the date written above.
