The Assignor hereby assigns, transfers, and sets over to the Assignee, all rights, title, and interest, including copyright and all renewals and extensions thereof, worldwide, in and to the musical composition titled above (the "Composition"), including all rights to register and enforce said copyright.
The Assignor acknowledges receipt of adequate consideration for this assignment.
The Assignor represents and warrants that they are the sole creator and owner of the Composition, and that the Composition is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The Assignor agrees to execute and deliver such further documents as may be required to perfect the rights of the Assignee.
