The Assignor warrants that the content is original, does not infringe on anyone else's rights, and that the Assignor has the authority to assign its copyright.
The Assignor agrees to execute any further documents necessary to effectuate this assignment.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the assignment described herein.
