Podcast Co-Host Partnership Agreement

This Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on by and between:

Together referred to as the “Co-Hosts.”

1. Purpose

The Co-Hosts agree to collaborate as equal partners in the creation, production, and distribution of the podcast titled:

• Each Co-Host agrees to participate in the recording and production of episodes.
• Each Co-Host will contribute to planning, researching, and promoting the podcast as agreed by the Co-Hosts.
• Specific tasks or recurring responsibilities:

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property (“IP”) related to the podcast, including but not limited to: audio files, branding, logos, and show notes, shall be jointly owned by the Co-Hosts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revenue and Expenses

• All revenues generated from the podcast (advertising, sponsorships, merchandise, etc.) shall be shared equally between the Co-Hosts, unless otherwise agreed.
• All expenses incurred will be divided as follows:

Major decisions regarding the podcast (e.g., format changes, monetization, host changes) shall require mutual consent of both Co-Hosts.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be discussed in good faith between the Co-Hosts. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to mediation.

7. Departure or Addition of Co-Hosts

If a Co-Host wishes to leave the podcast, at least notice must be given. Rights to the podcast, its name, and content upon departure shall be addressed as follows:

This Agreement shall commence on the date above and continue unless terminated by mutual agreement or by written notice from either Co-Host.

• This Agreement may be amended only in writing signed by both Co-Hosts.
• This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.
