Nonprofits Collaboration Arbitration Agreement

This Arbitration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

(Collectively, the "Parties")

1. Purpose

The Parties wish to establish a fair and binding arbitration process to resolve any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to their collaborative activities.

2. Agreement to Arbitrate

The Parties agree that any controversy or claim arising from their collaboration, including but not limited to the interpretation or application of this agreement, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, except as otherwise provided herein.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the Parties, or by three arbitrators if the Parties are unable to agree on a single arbitrator.

This Agreement shall not prevent the Parties from seeking preliminary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect their interests.

7. Costs

The costs of the arbitration, including the arbitrator's fees, shall be shared equally by the Parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator(s).

8. Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both Parties.

9. Acknowledgment

By signing below, each Party acknowledges that it has read and understood this Arbitration Agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms.
