Freelance Writer Arbitration Agreement

This Arbitration Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the following parties:

• Freelance Writer:

1. Agreement to Arbitrate

The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to any aspect of the services described in the freelance writing contract shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.

2. Scope of Arbitration

This agreement applies to all claims arising from the relationship between the parties, including but not limited to payment disputes, breach of contract, and intellectual property matters.

3. Arbitration Procedure

• The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of an agreed-upon arbitration association.
• The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where the client is located, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Each party is responsible for their own legal fees, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

4. Waiver of Class Actions

The parties agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

5. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall still be in full effect.

6. Entire Agreement

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding arbitration and supersedes any prior related agreements.

7. Acknowledgment

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Arbitration Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
