Photography Session Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of between:

1. Definition of Confidential Information

For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" includes all images, discussions, personal information, and materials shared or produced during the photography session.

2. Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree not to disclose, share, or reproduce any Confidential Information for any purpose except as expressly authorized in writing by the other party.

3. Use of Images

The Photographer agrees not to publish, display, or use any images from the session for portfolio, advertising, or commercial purposes without the Client’s prior written consent.

4. Term

This Agreement and obligations hereunder remain in effect both during and after the completion of the photography session.

5. Return of Materials

Upon request, any Confidential Information in tangible form shall be returned or destroyed by the receiving party.
