Specialty Herb Cultivation Agreement

This Specialty Herb Cultivation Agreement ("Agreement") is made on by and between:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is for the Grower to cultivate and supply the Purchaser with specialty herbs according to the terms and conditions specified herein.

2. Term

This Agreement shall commence on and continue until , unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.

• The Grower shall use best practices for cultivation.
• No unauthorized chemicals, pesticides, or GMOs shall be used.
• The Purchaser may inspect the cultivation site with prior notice.
