This Copyright Assignment ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:
The Assignor hereby assigns and transfers to the Assignee all rights, title, and interest in and to the above-mentioned podcast episode, including all copyrights and rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform the episode.
The Assignor warrants that they are the sole creator and owner of the episode and have full power to make this assignment.
