PATENT ILLUSTRATION COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT

This Copyright Assignment (“Assignment”) is made on by and between (“Assignor”) and (“Assignee”).

Recitals

1. The Assignor has created certain patent illustrations, drawings or images (the “Illustrations”) in connection with a patent application identified as follows:
   
2. The Assignor is the sole creator and copyright owner of the Illustrations.
3. The Assignee wishes to acquire all right, title, and interest in the copyright and any related rights in and to the Illustrations.

Assignment

1. The Assignor hereby assigns, transfers, and sets over to the Assignee all copyright, rights, title, and interest in and to the above described Illustrations, including all rights to secure renewals, reissues, and extensions thereof.
2. This Assignment is effective as of the date first written above.

Further Assurances

The Assignor agrees to execute such further documents and perform such further acts as may be required to effectuate the purposes of this Assignment.
