1. Assignment of Copyright

The Employee hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys to the Employer all worldwide right, title, and interest in and to any and all works of authorship, including but not limited to documents, designs, code, inventions, or other materials, created by Employee in connection with Employee's employment by Employer.

2. Scope

This transfer applies to all intellectual property created by Employee during the term of employment and within the scope of Employee's job responsibilities.

3. Moral Rights Waiver

Where permitted by law, Employee waives any moral rights they may have in such works in favor of the Employer.

4. Further Assurances

Employee agrees to execute and deliver such further documents and do such acts as may be necessary to effectuate the above assignment.
