1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Customer will participate in the Utility's Net Metering Program with respect to the Customer’s installation and operation of a solar photovoltaic generating facility at the following location:

4. Net Metering Provisions

• The Utility shall install a bi-directional meter at the Facility Address listed above.
• Meters will measure electricity supplied by the Utility to the Customer and electricity delivered by the Customer to the Utility.
• Excess generation credits shall be applied as specified in the Utility’s tariff and in accordance with governing regulations.
• Customer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes.

5. Interconnection and Operation

• The Customer shall not operate the generating facility in parallel with the Utility's system until written authorization is provided.
• The Facility shall meet all Utility and regulatory requirements for interconnection and safety.

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving days written notice, or as otherwise provided under applicable regulations.

7. Miscellaneous

1. Entire Agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding net metering.
2. Amendments. No modification to this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
3. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of .
