I, the undersigned renter, acknowledge and agree that I am renting the above-described vehicle at my own risk. I fully release and discharge the car rental company and its owners, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or other incident occurring during the course of or as a result of this car rental.

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any damage to the vehicle or injury caused during the rental period, subject to applicable laws and terms of the rental agreement. I confirm that I have read and understood this release of liability and voluntarily sign it.
