By signing this release, I acknowledge that participation in the summer camp program involves inherent risks. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the camp organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of my child’s participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate and I have informed the camp of any medical conditions. I understand and accept all risks associated with camp activities.
