Release of Liability

I, the undersigned pet owner, authorize the above-named pet sitter/dog walker to care for my pet(s) as outlined above. I understand that the pet sitter/dog walker will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of my pet(s), property, and others.

I agree to release and hold harmless the pet sitter/dog walker from any and all liability, claims, or expenses arising from services provided, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for any harm or damage caused by my pet(s) to property, persons, or other animals during the period of care.

This release is valid for the dates of service specified below.
