1. Navigation & Structure
Navigation is intuitive, consistent, and easy to locate
Logical grouping & hierarchy of menus/pages
Breadcrumbs or progress indicators provided where needed
Application supports fast and meaningful page transitions
2. Visual Design Consistency
Consistent layout, spacing, and alignment across pages
Consistent use of icons and graphic elements
UI elements (inputs, buttons, tables) follow a design system
3. Usability
Key actions are easy to find and complete
Error messages are clear, constructive, and help users resolve issues
Help, tooltips, or onboarding available where necessary
Minimal user effort needed for common tasks (fewest clicks, logical flows)
4. Accessibility & Responsiveness
Design is accessible (forms, buttons, contrast/labels)
Keyboard navigation supported for all major features
Responsive and works well on all screen sizes/devices
5. Performance & Feedback
Feedback is provided after actions (save, submit, error, etc.)
Loading indicators where delays are possible
Minimal lag or performance bottlenecks in main workflows
