1. Scope of Services

The Auditor agrees to conduct a comprehensive energy audit of the multifamily housing property described above. The audit will include, but is not limited to:

• Assessment of current energy systems and usage
• Identification of opportunities for increased efficiency
• Recommendations for cost-effective energy improvements
• Preparation and delivery of an audit report

2. Responsibilities

1. The Auditor will perform onsite inspections and data collection as required.
2. The Client agrees to provide full access to the property and relevant utility information.
3. The Auditor will maintain confidentiality of all provided information.
