The Work performed under this Contract has been reviewed and found to be substantially complete as defined by the Contract Documents. The Date of Substantial Completion is the date on which all terms required for substantial completion have been satisfied, except for those items stated in the attached punch list.

Warranty period commences on the Date of Substantial Completion unless otherwise stated.
