1. Authorization

The undersigned Participant hereby grants permission to the Photographer to photograph, record, and/or film him/her during activities related to adventure sports at the following location(s):

2. Rights Granted

The Participant authorizes the Photographer to use, reproduce, and publish the images, videos, or other media in any format for use in:

• Promotional materials
• Websites
• Social media
• Advertising
• Other lawful purposes

3. No Compensation

The Participant acknowledges that he/she will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

4. Waiver

The Participant waives any right to inspect or approve any finished product that may be created and agrees that all such images, recordings, and reproductions are the property of the Photographer.

5. Release of Liability

The Participant releases the Photographer from any claims, demands, or liability in connection with the use of images or recordings.

6. Duration

This permission is granted for an indefinite period and may only be revoked in writing.
