I, the undersigned participant, agree to waive and release any and all claims for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind against the organizers, sponsors, venue, employees, or volunteers of the Craft Workshop, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise from my participation.
I acknowledge that participation in crafting activities may involve the use of tools and materials that could cause injury. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my involvement.
I certify that I am in good health and capable of participating, and agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines during the workshop.
