Travel Adventure Tour Waiver & Release of Liability

Please read this document carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated herein for participation in the travel adventure tour organized by ("Organizer").

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the adventure tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with this activity.

Release and Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the adventure tour, I release and discharge the Organizer and its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to any loss, injury, or damage that may be sustained during the activity.

Medical Authorization

I certify that I am physically fit and capable of participating in the tour. I authorize the Organizer to obtain medical treatment as may be necessary in the event of injury or illness during the tour.

Participant Acknowledgment

• I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability.
• I certify that all information provided is true and correct.
• I agree to comply with the instructions and safety guidelines of the Organizer.
