This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into by the undersigned ("Participant") for the benefit of the bungee jumping provider and all related parties.
I understand and acknowledge that bungee jumping is an inherently dangerous activity that may result in serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks.
I hereby release and hold harmless the bungee jumping provider, its employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from my participation.
I certify that I am physically fit, have no medical conditions that prevent safe participation in bungee jumping, and am of legal age or have guardian consent.
