Art Mural Exploration Waiver

This waiver and release of liability ("Agreement") is made and entered into between the undersigned participant and the organizers of the Art Mural Exploration ("Event").

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and understand that participation in the Event may involve walking, climbing, observation of murals in urban environments, and other risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities for any loss or injury arising from my participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising from my participation in the Event.

Medical Treatment

I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable during the Event, if necessary, and agree to be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Photographic Release

I grant permission to use photographs or videos taken of me during the Event in any promotional or educational materials.
