I understand and acknowledge that participation in paintball or airsoft activities at this park involves inherent risks of physical injury. In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless the park, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while participating in such activities.

I certify that I am physically fit to participate, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I agree to follow all park rules and instructions provided by staff.
