Mountain Biking Event Waiver and Release of Liability

Please read this waiver carefully before participating in the mountain biking event. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in mountain biking has inherent risks, which may result in serious injury, disability, or even death. I freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to my participation in this event.

Medical Authorization

I authorize event staff to obtain medical treatment on my behalf in the case of an emergency.
