Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that paragliding is an inherently dangerous activity which involves risks including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in paragliding activities, including pilot training, tandem flights, equipment use, and transportation to and from launch and landing sites.

Waiver and Release

I hereby release and hold harmless the paragliding company, its owners, instructors, agents, employees, equipment manufacturers, landowners, and all associated parties from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from my participation in paragliding activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions which would prevent me from safely participating in paragliding activities. I agree to inform the company of any changes in my health or physical condition.

Understanding and Consent

I have read and fully understand this waiver and its contents. I have had the opportunity to ask questions about this document. I agree to abide by all instructions, safety rules, and regulations provided by the paragliding company and its representatives.
